We are selecting a Customer Success Manager to be included within Dogma Systems who has ambition and desire for growth.

Dogma Systems develops software and hardware solutions for the management of car rentals, satellite localization and more generally the management of company fleets (with particular focus on cars and light commercial vehicles).

The Customer Success Manager will come into contact with all new customers who have activated our services and

  • carry out the initial training (mainly by videoconference, sometimes on site)
  • will help the customer to adopt the chosen solution
  • will undertake to make the customer achieve the objectives he had set himself at the time of purchase of the product
  • carry out first-level assistance (help desk)

He will work in a team and report directly to management.

The work will take place predominantly in the office, although it may be required to travel to meet clients.
